Tina Mains

Tina found out on her twelfth birthday that she was secretly a clone of a heroic alien, hidden on Earth as a baby. She's been waiting for five years to go into space and find where she belongs --- but being a hero is way harder than she expected, and she can't do it alone.

Rachael Townsend

Tina's best friend from home is an introverted artist who sometimes needs to be alone. She wants to visit every amazing world and draw everything she sees, but the cost is higher than she ever expected.

Elza Monteiro

A young travesti/transfem from São Paulo, Brazil, Elza is a genius hacker who learns how to make alien computers do her bidding. She'll do anything to meet the godlike artificial minds that live inside the Palace of Scented Tears.

These three adventurers and their friends are the only thing standing in the way of the ruthless Compassion, a fascist organization that wants to erase anyone who looks different. But to win, they'll have to discover the truth about an ancient war between long-dead monsters.
